About

Kristina E. Krilchev was born in Sofia, Bulgaria. She completed her Master’s of Arts Degree in the area of English Literature and Linguistics at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” in Sofia, Bulgaria. She came to the United States in 1993 to pursue personal and professional attainment.

Kristina earned her Juris Doctor Degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston Massachusetts in 2004 and was admitted to the Bar in the same year. She has excellent credentials from all the educational institutions she has attended, including the Dean’s List at Suffolk Law.

Kristina is a member of the Nevada Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) http://www.aila.com. She is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

 

The Law Office of Kristina Krilchev provides legal services devoted exclusively to all aspects of immigration law. Kristina’s personal experience as an immigrant immensely enhances her professional performance. She is dedicated to the needs of her clients by following a determination to devote the necessary attention to each case from beginning to resolution while passionately pursuing positive results. Kristina has successfully represented a great number of pro bono cases.

Kristina has also been a lead speaker at Immigration Seminars. She has also authored several articles devoted to critical and controversial immigration issues, which have been published in ethnic newspapers around the country.

 

In addition to her legal work, Kristina has been a strong advocate and community leader promoting cultural events, including fundraising, on behalf of the Bulgarian communities in the United States.
