Meet Our Team
The Law Office of Kristina Krilchev provides legal services devoted exclusively to all aspects of immigration law. Kristina’s personal experience as an immigrant immensely enhances her professional performance. She is dedicated to the needs of her clients by following a determination to devote the necessary attention to each case from beginning to resolution while passionately pursuing positive results.
Lina’s duties include communicating with clients and overseeing the work of the other paralegals; reviewing and coordinating of delivery/submission of immigration documents for visa applications and petitions; exercising independent judgment and collaboration with the attorneys and colleagues. Additionally, she examines, organizes, researches, summarizes, and analyzes information relating to particular questions or to overcome government challenges to create a logical and usable work product; investigates factual issues by using a variety of resources.
Julia’s duties as a legal assistant include organizing our dynamic office schedule, maintaining updated client records, tracking petition cases and processing times, and preparing and/or assisting with the completion of legal forms.
Emma’s duties in the office include organizing office schedule, providing customer service, maintaining updated client records, tracking case statuses and processing times, and assisting with the compilation and mailing of legal petitions.
Cintia ‘s duties as a paralegal include case planning, development, and management. Alongside attorney Krilchev, she gathers facts, retrieves information, drafts and analyzes legal documents to finalize petitions and cases.
Elena’s duties as a paralegal include case planning, development and management of family based cases. Alongside attorney Krilchev, she gathers facts, retrieves information, drafts and analyzes legal documents to finalize petitions.
Simon was a member of the Dean’s list while attending New England Law, Boston, and graduated with a certificate of concentration in immigration law.
