A consultation is not a general inquiry – it is a focused legal evaluation of your case, your history, and your available options.

Our consultation goes beyond just a one-time meeting. Here’s what you can expect.
During your consultation, we will:
- Review your immigration history in detail
- Identify eligibility across potential pathways
- Assess risks, including prior filings or procedural issues
- Discuss timing, strategy, and next steps
- Answer specific legal questions related to your situation
Where appropriate, we will outline a recommended course of action and the scope of representation.
The consultation fee is $250.
A $100 deposit is required to reserve your appointment, which is applied toward the total consultation fee.

Preparation
To make the consultation as effective as possible, we require completion of a brief intake form in advance.
You may also be asked to provide supporting documents relevant to your case.
After the Consultation
If you choose to proceed with representation:
- We will provide a clear scope of work
- Legal fees will be quoted based on your specific case
- Work begins upon execution of the agreement and payment of legal fees
